Pet option in wardrobe

  Hi, just checked, my iOS and Android games, the pet button is still there.  Sorry this is happening. I would 1st try shutting down fully, and reopening.  If this persists then

  Please contact Glu Support through an InGame Ticket. 
  

  • Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines.  

  • Next tap Help,  

  • Next tap Glu Support

  Explain the situation and submit.  (lll/help/glu support)

  Thanks for the advice! Unfortunately it does not matter anymore as I logged in with Facebook to save my game and it set me back to level 2 and I lost all my progress so I am not playing the game anymore.

  Oh no that’s awful.  How much progress did you lose?  Have you been playing long?  I am not trying to give you false hope, but some players have tried redownloading (usually  after a transfer ) and gotten more progress back.
