I used to play on a different device, but have since gotten rid of it without resetting it, so my game is technically still on there. The “Multiple Devices in Use” message has been popping up for so long now, but I can’t stand it anymore. Is there any way to get rid of it?
Can you Get into the game long enough to send a ticket to Support? Is there a link to contact Support in that message? If you can’t send a. Ticket inGame, do you know you ID number? If by any chance you got the game from someone else, you will have to download a fresh one from the App Store.

I did contact them after I posted this, and they pretty much said there was nothing they could do for me. Their suggestion was to open and close the game until it let me play, but that only lasts a couple minutes. I’m so sad because I’m #1 in A+++, but I guess it’s time to restart )’:
