I need help with a hairstyle I unlocked that’s now gone

I had used this hairstyle in a contest then I come back hours later to this!
there’s no way I’m gonna work to get it again. Please is there anyway I can get it back?
also the top in the contest was dyed the white and now that’s gone to, everything I dyed in the past hours is gone but yet I don’t get my dyes back.

    All you can do is send a ticket to Support, but I’ll be honest I don’t think they can restore it. It sounds like your game hiccupp\ed snd lost recent progress. But you can send an in game ticket and see what they say.  I’m sorry. this happened.

    I’ll do that but I just hope they can find a way to restore it, I’m super confused about what has happened with my stuff.
