Can you believe our luck? In case you're missing this years fabulous Acadamy Awards due to the pandemic, worry not. We're bringing you the Golden Age of Hollywood,

The Next SYS is Themed: Golden Age of Hollywood
Starts Thursday, June 18th at 3pm Eastern
Ends Sunday, June 21st at 9pm Eastern

    Okay call me crazy, but I swear this was a theme in the past 😂😂 Obviously I wasn’t playing but when I was exploring the forums, I swear this was a previous theme.

    EDIT: similar themes in the past are; Award Show Host, Red Carpet Event, Film Awards, Old Hollywood Glam. Though this weeks theme is a little different from the first three (bc there’s a time period and we obviously have to dress more 30s, 40s, 50s, or early 60s), I see no difference with Old Hollywood Glam.

    That being said, however, I’m kind of excited bc I do love Old Hollywood glamour and I missed out on previous themes. Can’t wait for spoilers!

    Google is telling me the Golden Age was between 1915-1963. I hope all the different decades included don't confuse voters 🤔

    So "Roaring 20s" all over?

    Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Old Hollywood and all things retro. However, we have had a similar theme not so long ago. 

    And tbh, I wish there were more casual themes like these we had recently! I'm kinda tired of gowns :(

    In general I love the old Hollywood style but we had a similar sys theme not that long ago. Also the thing is with sys based around a specific time period is that often voters don’t really understand them, which usually ruins it a bit for me 😕

    Not excited at all because I was also expecting something that has to do with pride month. Hoping the earnables and ts are worth it. Fingers crossed

    I have no idea what this theme will mean! I just hope its a gown SYS, cuz i miss those!

    That being said, I’m also a bit disappointed we’re not getting pride themed SYS. Last year we got a nice pop up show and free rainbow flag handheld and this time literally nothing, it’s not like LGBT people disappeared over the year 😅 it would be even nicer to have some kind of event like that in the game since basically everything irl got cancelled.
