I’m having the same issue as @robertavyy. I clicked the free stats buttons, selected watch video, watched the video and I got one energy. When I tried watching another video, it said there were no videos available.

Recently sometimes when I am able to watch a video for kstars, my screen goes black and I have to force quit the app but then I receive 1 energy and I don’t receive the kstar. I’ve also had the same issue as others that when pressing the free stars button, nothing happens but it takes away my video and I can only get 3 or 4 stars that day
And can we get better offers for iOS?! I miss when I could download an app to get kstars, but now I have to spend loads of money in real life on subscription boxes or shampoos, or take surveys that don’t even work because I’m ‘not eligible’ for the majority of them

I just still can't believe the punishment we get for buying from this company in losing a total of 15 videos a day. There really shouldn't be a limit like that; I would think you'd probably make more money from removing it since everyone on this forum wouldn't vehemently dissuade every person who asks from giving Glu a single penny so they can keep their videos...

I’m not sure what others have experienced but it takes me at least 1 hour or a little over to watch videos for 20 free kstars. In the past it was shorter but over time it seems to have become longer and longer.
Hi! So it seems the problem was solved for me in the last update. It’s actually working better than ever. Hope it continues that way. It used to take me more than one hour to watch the 20 videos (I had to tap the button a million times and kept showing the offer wall until it finally show the option to tap videos) and today it took only 20 minutes.

I used to be able to tap twice for the daily gift box. Now it just sits on 10 stars for second box. And on the SYS when it asks if you want to watch a video to double your reward for voting, I choose yes, and nothing happens. And I consider myself lucky if I can get two kstars a day, before it takes me to just the offers. This is the third time I’ve had problems with videos. All Glu says is it’s a demographic thing. Aaarggghh!

also i remember sometimes id play the whole ad through but i dont get a kstar reward while other times id click on watch video but no ad appears and no kstars are given
anyway an update on how the videos are going for me: i can get all 20 kstars from 20 videos but only like once every two/three days??? confused but better than before i guess

@KalindaKing I am able to watch videos, but I have the issue of not receiving stars after completing other offers. I have only automatically received one offer’s rewards out of 5. I’ve had to contact tapjoy and glu to receive rewards for offers and most recently, even after contacting I did not receive my full reward (I was given half, but should have received full reward since I completed the offer). Please fix this! Users should be rewarded for completing offers.
I was wondering if Glu is going to fix the video problem or not because I still cant watch any even after the update. This is frustrating cant even enjoy the game. How am I suppose to buy items in the game without k stars?
