So kim called me and gave me stars and I accidentally touched those black gift boxes and my k-stars disappeared and wasn't added to my other stars

I purchased K stars but there was an error but my money is gone and didn't get the stars.. I want my money back!!!!!!

hi. send a ticket to support from the top left corner of your game screen tap the 3 lines for Options
then Help, then Glu Support. Attach a copy of your receipt. Sorry this happened.
