Mogul Achievement?

Hey y’all, 
Ive been trying to get the achievement for mogul and I know I have to do a specific action in a business I own. I currently own Chevier in Paris and the Gym in Downtown LA. any tips?

    I got Mogul points in the Venice Art Gallery. Reikjyvik ICE activities, and SoChic SanDiego activity also. Good luck!
