Hi, the newsletter is monthly. Most players who say they only got one, find the others in spam. If that’s not the case, I would send a ticket to Support. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and then tap the 3 lines for Options. Then tap Help, then tap Glu Support. hope this helps.

Currently you can only sign up via the game. If you didn't get the chance to sign up, and it's not avail in game, I guess you could contact Support via an ingame ticket and ask them if they can help.
If you signed up but haven't been getting them, check spam. And, I think we will make this into 2 threads, one for help, and one just to chronicle each month's newsletter.
