Hair colours not available

Hi there!
Recently I've noticed that some hair colours aren't available to me in the game, I was wondering if it's an issue with my game or if the hair colour was exclusive at some point- only the thing is that I've seen normal NPCs wearing that colour inside my game.
I'm level 28 and an A+ celeb so I'm not sure what's going on.
Any help would be welcome, thank you!

It's exclusive, if I remember correctly it was a prize from a past sys. I don't have that too 😭

Oh okay I'll just go cry and hope that one day it will be brought back 😭

there were hair colors that have been exclusive to events, and maybe even a kollection. I don’t know if those colors are available in TBs or in the votebooth with diamonds.
