For anyone who has contacted support about receiving a diamond during voting but it not changing your diamond number, what did you say? Did you need to provide screenshots?

I got my first diamond during the Summer BBQ SYS and I never got it and I just got another one voting now but my total didn’t change 😢

try shutting down and rebooting. sometimes it's quirky. If not, send an InGame ticket to support, they will still be available over the long glu weekend.

First look flopped but I redeemed myself slightly with the second. The pride dress seemed to be the popular pick but not in my case lol I’m 3rd at the moment so not too bad
There’s definitely gunna be some fighting over the ts hair !

After seeing my first two scores, I already hate this SYS. And of course the earnable top is last so I won't get it and I'll end up with another low waisted item I'm never going to use. I'm ignoring the phone call and trying something monochromatic for my third look.

From a sys couple months ago top prize! Though the roots are a hair dye from a Gb beautiful teal shade the roots change to wat ever hair color u have

First two looks! I’m in 2nd place at 82 votes, just about 18 votes behind what I would call the “ideal” score so I’m not too mad 😊 Hopefully things improve as the event goes on. I’m having a blast at the voting booth and seeing everyone’s creativity! I see such a gorgeous mix of glam, casual and experimental rainbow looks 😍

i contacted support when that happened to me and they restored my dyes (I didn’t even have a screenshot, they were super helpful and checked the server or whatever to cross check i think)

Kalinda is also super helpful but I think they have a day off today (it’s already friday for me)
