@eggsandbananas @KalindaKing Could I please get help with my game so I can do the weekday event? My game is stuck at a starting screen since yesterday and I can't do anything with the game.

@DelphineGarnier I saw you commenting in another thread about your issues too, I think I remember you saying that you have your game ID, right? If Eggs or Kalinda don’t answer, you can contact support from outside the game: go at the bottom of this page, on the left side you’ll see "Contact Us". I can’t remember everything that comes after that, but just pick the option that fits your situation the best in the list and you’ll be sent to a form page to fill in.
I hope it gets solved quickly, you’ve been dealing with it for a while now…

Forgot to screenshot but I had 2 tb items on both of my black boxes but still managed to get regular items on both 😂 I am grateful tho, I would want to get all of them as soon as possible so they won't barge in weekend's event boxes.

My black boxes were confusing, only one item even though I have 23 daily gb items and 6 black box items left. We should be getting these items first and then get the other prizes. When else are we supposed to get them cause I never see them in my daily gb either 🤷🏽‍♀️

I did that earlier since luckily the fact that I had trouble with the game throughout the weekend meant that I already had a screenshot of my id before the game got all messed up. I think it might be wi-fi related, which is annoying since the wi-fi is working just fine so I don't what I can do with that.
