Will my current id be valid if I restart?

Hi! I wanted to know if I would be able to sign in on my phone using my current id if I restarted my game because I’m pretty sure when I wasn’t paying attention I selected the option to not flirt with Raul, and once with Cassio and I’m not sure if I will be able to be in a relationship with either of them anymore. So I want to try again and see but I want to make sure I can get my progress back; to be clear I did chose the flirt option the first time I met them but I was reading some posts on reddit saying every time the option to flirt pops up if you don’t touch it you can’t date them, so I want to know if I messed up, if it helps, I know there is a Raul mission at Level 29 and I’m at 26 but I think I did something wrong with Cassio.
