Ok, so I complained earlier about lack of communication from Glu. An explanation on the forum and an in-game message to reach out to all the players who aren’t here and offer compensation: exactly what I was asking for! I know I’m always very critical but thank you for doing that, Glu! But as everyone is saying too, I just wish that, just like @eggsandbananas told us here, Simon would have mentioned that the tickets didn’t all have to be used during this SYS because it’s obvious that my TS group didn’t know about that. I wanted to use one if I couldn’t reach the last earnable (my scores are just average this weekend instead of my usual 47-48) and keep the rest to one day give myself a full night sleep without an alarm clock, but I guess I can’t if I want to stay in top 5 where I was supposed to be…

although im not a big fan of the ts bathing suit/shorts combo, i do wish it came with the body contouring we’ve seen before. i think that would’ve made it more ts worthy

They will never be respectful of free players or people who spend tons of money and this is why I am leaving the game.when I started even a little while back it wasn’t this bad but all it is now is a money grab! And I spent a lot! I feel for the free players and I feel guilty for spending to win - just by buying stars and other things to make my doll look better. Wasted money out of boredom... sad that they never truly listen... tons of us hate the sys system and the tickets but yet start a weekday one - and then this whole mess - unfair and ridiculous
Will there always be the exclamation mark on the SYS board instead of my rank, as long as I have the 3 tickets?
Yes, same goes for the paid tickets or for the free unused tickets. Basically you see your rank if you have no tickets available atm and is waiting for one

Scores have really been picking up with my latest looks, spent one of the extra tickets and I am currently back in first in my ts group! Fingers crossed it lasts😄

@mandamay76 As much as I have plenty to criticize the game for (the survey got taken down before I had time to answer, so I posted my suggestions in the "Satisfaction Survey" post and it was so long that I had to split my post in 2 because the forum wouldn’t take it), I wouldn’t leave now. We’re finally getting signs that Glu might be starting to listen to us, so I’m crossing all my fingers and toes that we can see some changes soon. The survey is a good thing, the fact that Glu reached out in the forum (hopefully in their other social media platforms too but I don’t follow them) and in-game is a good thing, Kalinda mentioned they were going to update the TB boxes, which is a good thing. They’re trying to find a way to let us get TB SYS items too, which is a good thing (even though very much of a work-in-progress in its current state). There’s still A BUNCH of things to fix but it’s been looking more hopeful in the past couple of weeks, I think, than it has in months. Or maybe I’m just trying to convince myself. I think this game has so much potential. I started playing in April or May of last year, so I missed out on a lot, but I had fun back then and wasn’t constantly stressed out like now. You’re a valued member of this forum. It would be a pity to lose you just when things improve (🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻)!
