SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK! I started a full-time job this week and thereโs no way Iโll be able to reach the TB box. 600 points is too much. I enjoy this game, but Glu is making all the enjoyable things about this game unenjoyable because they make the goals too hard to reach. So frustrating.ย
so the last few updates has amounted to ill-fitting diaper shorts, but now that the prices are higher, they actually put in an effort??

I mean... Itโs literally so lazy?? The current crisis is a of course a very legitimate excuse, but then the burst of creativity just seems sus, in light of theย heightened prices...
To me, when kalinda says โthe teamโ reads the forum, Iโm envisioning the artists, designers, coders (maybe lol), employees at that level. To the best of my knowledge, I donโt think those employees would really have a lot of input in terms of what we receive in a specific update. I think theyโre the ones that carry out the vision- they get told what to do basically. A lot of times, the employees on the โfront linesโ (I.e actually dealing with the customer) have more knowledge of how the customer is feeling, but donโt have the authority to actually carry out changes that would make the customer happy.
Usually the ones that do have that power are kind of removed from direct interaction with the customer. Iโm assuming the people who make decisions for the game are at a higher level and Iโm assuming theyโre people who are focused more on numbers- when people are spending more, player engagement, things like that. Theyโre probably looking at trends in numbers and revenue. I donโt wanna tel people how to spend their money, but if youโre buying diamonds right now, the high-up person at glu for KKH will see that data and know that introducing diamond items to the kloset made you buy diamonds. we can voice our concerns on here all day, but honestly you really do communicate with your wallet when it comes to this game.

I really have to say this: it's not about an update bringing new and exciting things at this point. At least, not for me. I'm well aware that each update brings at least 16 new outfits. Between earnables for SYS, TS prize, events and earnables for said events, I'm aware that the team always has to be creative and strive for new material.ย My problem is with the endless issues that EVERYONE has complained about. I'm sure, I'm so incredibly certain that if the team only stuck to creating those 16 outfits and events along with fixing ONE issue per update, I'd be singing their praise and I wouldn't be the only one. I do not care about getting new features such as the items for diamonds or the eye color section. I'm always good without the former and could wait a long time for the latter. What I need is solutions, solutions thatย workย for the issues we already have.ย
Couldnโt agree more! Weโre not asking for new features no one cares about or "exciting" updates: we have been asking Glu to fix some issues for ages. Fix them, and once thatโs done you can work on maybe finding new things to add (if itโs something good for the players and not just for you). Thereโs so many issues though that I would sure hope they fix more than one per update, especially since some are not that hard (updating TB boxes, putting daily GB items and partnership tiles where they belong (like that was the case when I started playing in April-May of last year: that change was made just to spite players and give them lower and therefore disappointing "rewards")โฆ). I understand other issues, like fixing TS, might take longer, but at least communicate with the players and tell them that youโre working on it. There has been barely any drama, just lots of disappointed customers trying to cheer themselves up with clown edits. Iโm still slightly salty that the people who werenโt picked for the weekly sys testing didnโt receive anything. Not a scrap of compensation. Does anyone have a screenshot of a support email? Donโt post the email, but can you post what it says under their signature (Like whether theyโre a glu employee or not?) It wouldnโt surprise me if they employed contractors to handle supportย

@jhabs my correspondence when complaining (lol) is always in-game through Glu Support via the โhelpโ button in the game, and the signatures below their names say โGlu Mobile Customer Careโ, but they tend to close down support tickets without actually helping sometimes ๐คฌ
The last ticket I opened was from voting in the SYS booth and not receiving the diamond I earned and the Glu Mobile Customer Care adviser dismissed my claim and said something referring to diamonds in a different Glu game, but itโs like, Iโm playing KKH & diamond currency is different on this game - so am hoping that they either re-train their customer care team who are managing in-game support or have them all read/understand the forum so they can manage our qualms for when we go messaging them in-game.
Not expecting anything from Glu though lol. Talking to in-game support is literally like talking to a brick wall
