I suddenly can't access the game....there is nothing wrong with my WiFi or data...all other apps and internet access are fine...anyone else having this issue?? I am on Android

I actually thought I was the only one! I was surprised to see this when I opened the forum. After many attempts of opening the app I gave up :<

Neither of my games are loading and I tried it with my WiFi and my data so I think the game is down at the moment 😩

I’m in ny and suddenly none of my games can access. Let’s see how widespread this is and I’ll see about getting help. 1st I’m rebooting .

I'm from the Philippines and at around 6:30 am it was still fine. Tried opening the app again at 7am and couldn't get in since then

I’ve tried as well, I was just playing then now it says I can’t connect but my network is working perfectly, so I know this is just a game issue please fix it ASAP.

I have an iPhone XR, if that helps. I’ve tried cellular data and wifi, along with restarting my phone. Everything works except for KKH. I hope this can get fixed within 2 hours because otherwise I’ll miss a SYS ticket—and if they give everyone more tickets to compensate, it still doesn’t make up for me losing a ticket because everyone will get the same amount of tickets.

Several people have commented about missing tickets in SYS due to their timer. It’s likely others weren’t able to finish a gig, therefore setting their achievement back to zero, or open their game to watch their daily videos before the timer resets. Hoping there will be compensation for our inability to open our games @KalindaKing @eggsandbananas

@Victorian saaaaaaaame. I didn't stress with submitting a few hours ago and now I've lost one ticket (possibly 3 if it isn't fixed before I fall asleep) and several hours of gameplay progressing towards TB event boxes. I'm gonna start forcing myself to use tickets the second I receive them from now on because I've lost so many due to my own dumb brain...
