I haven't been on as much bc I've been losing interest in the game and now I remember why. Guess which one was popular pick 🙄 and not saying having kollection items = hacker, bc my favorite items are from kollections and I spin them all the time, but it's upsetting to see her in all kollection items bc I know she just hacked them when I'll have to wait several weeks/months and even years to get certain items I love from kollections. Not to mention I never have a chance to win 1st place on TS bc I spend my money in other areas of the game, bc tickets are a gamble, so it's a slap to see ppl with the TS prizes already. The only thing keeping fair players playing a legitimate game, is integrity. Glu certainly doesn't incentivize it by treating us with any decency.
@annalynnehoock@Bear_KKH dolls, we just saw the same hacker in the same hour. Please inform glu support, I already did and provided a screenshot. Maybe their chance of finding and banning her will increase.

did I just spend 708 kstars to START and complete the entire cloud nine kollection? yes. yes I did. and tbh I think the bundle hair & red lip color is worth it🤍🤍 the lip color really goes perfectly with my eyes I use😍

There aren’t any hairstyles that work with this angel outfit. The hair tries to go through the wing and then behind it. This is the hair that comes with the outfit.
This is how it looked when I first got it. The hair is supposed to lay in front of the wing.

@kokokokonut sorry for this post,I wont talk about it after but i feel this needed to be said. Do keep in mind that hacking IS in fact now part of the SYS event with or without GLU working on it. I do not understand the reason behind the rule of not talking about it. It just seams like they are instructing everyone to brush it under the rug so that people would either make peace with everything going on like its normal or just trying to turn a blind eye and that is simply not right. There is no addressing it,no compensations,no nothing. And just saying "we are trying to find out,but cant let you know about the outcome" is even worse. Why not? Isn't that what the customer service is for? Guess GLU still hasnt found it and it will back fire at one point. This will just keep bubbling under till it blows up eventually.People have been too patient for this kind of treatment. Once again i'm sorry i just had to say this which is quite obvious and its not against anyone (eggs,kalinda or koko as you all dont decide on rules) but GLU and whoever thought of this rule. And after this i will most certainly sit down and decide if this is something i'm ok with,being blatantly ignored while they expect us to invest our money and time all while ignoring what we are worried and bothered by just for it to be pushed under the rug...it's really hard to play this anymore when a lot of players are now just getting it all while i have to work my bum off to be able to get just the earnables. This is not something that should be supported but i dont want to run my mouth anymore this was enough i think.

Nothing can be done about that. They earned them fair and square by buying tickets which is a rule GLU implemented. Unfortunately. That is why nothing will be done. They did nothing bad no matter how much it annoys us who dont have the means to buy like some of them do. Sorry but that is the reality.
