@elettrahere i would wait until the VIP for sure. You may as well let your purchase earn you some additional perks. I finally got offered sky restaurant, but i'm going to wait. I believe it is 75 starts to furnish chevier, so that would be 75 stars towards the earnables... we get a vip about once a month, i believe, so you would only miss out on about 16 to 20 stars from the increased payout over that time period..

@ElleScott I only own the perfumery but here’s the info! I don’t know how often you actually get the 5 k-stars from the vineyard since only 2 are guaranteed each week, which would mean that it would take 45 weeks to become profitable and earn your k-stars back (the perfumery takes 30 weeks). Maybe someone who owns the vineyard can weigh in on how often you get the bonus payout?

Plus additional kash for the main ingredient in perfume and type of bottle. Payout: 2 k-stars and 12,500 kash. Increased payout: 3 k-stars and 12,500 kash when fully furnished. Note: if you buy the home and the perfumery, you get a table in the house for your perfume bottle.

@BayleighWestra I have the Chevier Paris, the perfumery in Lisbon and the Ski Resort. Chevier was the first one I bought. It is expensive but it's the highest kstar payout business (7 if you fully furnish it) and the perfumery is amazing for Kash since the payout if you fully furnish is 3 Kstars and 12,500 Kash. I would definitely recommend one of these two, depends only on if you care more about kstars or Kash🤷🏽♀️

Hi dolls! Wondering if anyone who has the resort in St.Moritz ever saw that if you decline a modelling gig from Liam, nothing happens to the rating of the resort, but if you close the skiing track and get cash for that, your facilities rating drops.
Just interesting to see if this is something new (which means we have to take modelling gigs from Liam so that other ratings do not drop) or if this has been there all along. I’d rather not spend my energy on escorting Willow out but if it affects my income from the resort, I’ll definitely do so 😂
