Imagine how fast they’d fix the video issue if we were able to like watch more than 20 videos instead of 10 or less. 😅😅 (or something like that) If it’s a glitch we benefit from they fix it straight away. If it something that means we’re losing out, they leave us hanging for days. 😒
@samantha143 I think something like that happened one time and people could watch unlimited videos 🤣🤣 there was a mini update within 12 hours.
I confirm. It was when I started the game and I thought wow, what an easy game! I make money like it's nothing and then the next day there were only 5 videos 😂 But it was still good, I was able to get 140 kstars or something.

You know, I bet it would be super easy to fix this programming if everyone just had 20 videos a day🙃 must be complicated to keep everyone at different amounts, it’s almost like it would be less of a hassle to not be super greedy??
What did you write to them? Because I have 10 videos since I started playing and everytime I complain with support they say they have no control over how many videos the game shows me 🤦🏻♀️
The only good thing about this is that MAYBE they bring back the 20 videos for ALL players. If this didn’t happen then people like me that always had 10 videos would still be ignored by glu.

I can’t watch any videos either it‘s so frustrating because Black Friday and Halloween is soon. I hope it gets fixed very soon. Still hoping for 20 videos for everyone but that will probably not happen.

I told the team that you can't watch videos on iOS and Android. Unfortunately, that isn't something we can fix today and we'll check it out tomorrow. Sorry this is happening.

my videos aren’t working at all either. we better get compensated for this. first A LOT of us lose 10 videos after getting 20. now we can’t even watch videos. wtf 🤡🤡🤡
I’m on iOS and had problems with videos today too besides losing the 20 videos. It would go to the offer wall but I kept clicking and was eventually able to watch 10 videos which took about 32 minutes to watch. I hope this whole thing is fixed soon.
@princessprecious, I would at least submit a ticket to Glu support to see what happens. It’s unfortunate that you have to screenshot almost everything, but if you had a screenshot of when you collected the dye or one in the kloset showing the 5 aquamarine dyes it may help. Good luck! I hope you get someone in support that can resolve the problem. 🙂
