WooHoo!  VIP Weekend!  That means we get a star for every 5Star gig we complete.  AND we earn fun prizes by shopping with KStars!  Covid has clipped this butterfly's wings, I don't get out to do shopping, but I love VIP Events.

Is it too early to break out the music video "Pretty Green"?  That's what VIP makes me feel like.  Shopping for pretty dresses for my dolls, (I think there's a line about 'buy the pretty dresses in the ...." so that's why.
Let's look  at the facts:

Starts Friday, October 2nd @ 5am Eastern
Ends Sunday, October 4th @ 10pm Eastern
Spend stars to earn Prizes!
500 Stars spent earns All the Earners.

    I hope I won't like gift box items, because I'm always wasting my kstars on chasing them and can't get contour.
    Also out of topic, anybody know will the contour be half price while black friday? Maybe I should wait?

    I am excited.  And hoping for great prizes! We're So close to the new update. the one with Kim's Birthday. and Halloween.  I love this time of year. And I love shopping. (Speaking of Halloween, what are you guys doing?  I think it's foolish to buy candy, I don't think many will come, and frankly, I'm not ready to just open my door to all kinds of strangers ringing my bell.  So, do I buy some for the few that come, or do I just decide here and now Not opening the door to anyone.  Even if the little princess looks adorable, who knows if her family is safe and healthy. )

    What am I gonna do for Halloween? I might just buy myself candy and watch Netflix....

    I’m actually thinking to skip Vip event this time and save. Unless kollection I have been waiting appears, so I will know what I’m gonna do in 3hours then mine kollections refresh 😄

    @kokokokonut something I did one year was putting a bowl of candy outside my door with a sign written "get two, so more people can also have it" or sth like that, this way there is no door opening and you will just need to wash the bowl next day!

    We're moving into our new home that weekend so we won't be doing anything. I still wouldn't do anything if I didn't have that excuse. I've been reading neighborhood posts and a lot of people still are, but I just don't think it's a good idea. Some are saying it's no different than ordering takeout which I find ridiculous.

    There’s been a post on FB about Halloween and trick or treating. People were suggesting that people put a pumpkin in their window, like the rainbows, and when kids go round with their parents they look for pumpkins. Then when they spot one, the parent puts a sweet in their kids basket. 
    Anyway, looking forward to spoilers. Got a couple of good kollections pop up got the one with Christina Aguilera hair so might spin that if I like the items.

    I am finally getting that magic wand handheld for 30 kstars, then open my box and I will be done. Halloween and black friday and christmas is on the corner gals, we need to have self control 🙌

    I can't spend much for VIP because I actually made a lot of progress with my BF savings and we're getting too close to it for me to ruin it. At most I'll take a turn on a kollection if I have any good ones available.

    A tip for anyone who doesn’t know what to buy this weekend- Halloween is next month and we will probably have a Halloween themed sys, there are costumes available in the kloset to buy!

    Last year the Halloween boxes were released Oct 7 and our next VIP was Nov 1. I don't know for sure, but I imagine the boxes went away on Halloween. Since we have VIP this week, I bet they won't be around by the time the next VIP comes around.

    @SDC93 I checked and yes, halloween boxes are there for the whole update. Also, they did the costume sys during VIP so definitely we should wait before attacking the boxes.

    I decided I only wanna get the first earnable for the vip event
    im only gonna spend the rest of my k-stars on the “bright & brilliant” kollection, but I got the bundle on this one!
