    I downloaded the update and now the game doesn’t open 🙄 

    my platform is iOS (I’m currently updating to version 14.0.1 to see if that could be the reason) 
    my WiFi works perfectly, and so does my phone 

    Why can’t we ever have a smooth monthly update for this game?

    @Korty same happened to me and I shut down all my background apps and it worked! hopefully that works for you

    All the new stuff is making me drool!!! The kollection is a lot nicer than I thought although I’m still saving my diamonds for some future impulse GTL handheld/animal purchase. I love the spider details in the new gb items. The spider brooch on the dress is so cute and it’s cool how the spider on the bag is animated. The feather and the elf/fairy/vampire hair!!! My stars are in danger! I can’t decide whether to buy a box or not 😍

    @KalindaKing why am I still receiving 10 videos for kstars if I never spent real money on the game? I should be getting 20 videos for 20 kstars, not 10.

    Still no update for Android 🤡
    Not gonna lie Glu making me feel like a clown for believing that they would update iOS and Android at the same time.
    Can you just explain to us android users whether or not the update is coming today?

    By same time I think they just mean same day for android users, last update you guys got it earlier than us but it was still the same day just a couple of hours apart
