@naeusts hi! There is a thread about it, people are also experiencing this but from what Iāve seen they are mainly on ios and your screenshot seems like its from android
@ShayShigil I agree, it's not just a KKH problem, it's a Glu problem. That's why when most players complain they mention Glu. I also play Covet, another Glu game. If you look at their forums/fb page the players are much more frustrated (to word it politely) than we are lolĀ

iOS player...used to play when the game first came out!! Flash forward about five different dolls and here we are. PlayingĀ this doll since January 2020, and doubt Iāll be changing again! (Unless I quit because sys is a joke and Iām really starting to loose the fun in this game āš¼ā)
Unfortunately the contour only works with ONE face shape (happens to be the one I use always, it's the 11th one) They should've just made it a brand new face shape instead of giving it to us as a contour
Since Kimās SYS is tomorrow, does it mean her birthday celebration starts early?? Or is it on her actual birthday and a weeklong event?
Her birthday is next Wednesday thatās why theyāre doing it a week prior.

@KalindaKing in the mini update can we please fix the elf ear hair so we can wear earrings normally and not behind the ears? And fix the placement of the lace thing?? Weāre mostly only really going to be able to use both for this month so it would be amazing if they were fixed.Ā

hello I'd like to ask something, im really new here but a player since the game launched so please cope with me. id like to ask how do glow the dark items work, since last year I've never been able to see them light up. I've tried clubs but nothings happens. thanks!
Hi and welcome I have only noticed Ā the items changing when Inwas in BelAir, which turns dark at your local nightfall. Ā I could be wrong, but Iāll check tonight. Ā Hopefully someone has a more precise answer. Ā the Ā Ā

We all need 20 videos GLU.... You have been treating your customers unfairly all this time... Fix it in the coming update... It's long overdue
