Trying to use free 7 day trial

Yes for the gold VIP but it does not seem like anything has changed. I still look like I am not a VIP but I'm the subscriptions on Google Play it says I have one active subscription on the app and I also cannot re-start the subscription by trying to "buy" it again

Please help me i am so confused. I have my ID if needed

    You should see an increase in your Maximum Energy during the trial period.  If you did not get a special quest with a clothing prize, send a ticket to support from the top left corner of the game. Tap the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options. Then tap Help and then tap Glu Support.  Good luck and I’m sorry this is happening. 
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!

    I've had the same and been trying to resolve it for weeks with support and they are next to useless
