Show your style events crisis

Does anyone have a problem with show your style events? mine was working and then it stopped the same day. I can't even see the black heart and it's driving me crazy, also I'm not able to get the kollections. I deleted the game and start all over but this keeps happening. Thank you

    Try messaging @KalindaKing or Glu support by clicking on the 3 bars in the top left corner in your game. 
    One of them may be able to help😊

    If you are Android, we are having issues. Support is aware.  I'm sorry,  are your other events working smoothly?  
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
