I feel like Kalinda never gets enough info from the developers. The only thing she is allowed to say is "soon", which means nothing in the grand scheme of things. If they were to give her an estimate of "between this date+time and this date+time, and she could communicate that to the players, it would obliterate most of the update related complaints. That way, us players could only really start getting frustrated and worried after the latter date+time has passed. Any frustration before that would fall on us impatient players, and we would only be allowed to blame GLU after the deadline had passed, which is much more respectful and fair to both the players and the company.

@ashleyl23 I don’t think so! I’m on level 33 (leveled up 2 days ago) and I had the STRIPES one while I was level 32 and I’m on the pet award storyline rn. I’ve also been ignoring simon’s calls for like 2 weeks so. 😭

wow surprise surprise the only time we’re not going to get spoilers when we normally do is when we have a 50% off kloset sale that we could take advantage of to prep for future show your style events. this company is a joke! at least TRY to be subtle about how little you care about customer satisfaction ?????

It's seriously annoying/bad business that I had to dig through several threads just to find out where the "gift" we were supposed to receive was. I know others have said it before, but I can only imagine how frustrating these constant "whoopsie-daisies" Glu pulls must be for dolls that aren't aware of or members of the forum. They were able to get our hopes up through email, they need to directly communicate when they're not following through with their promises as well.
