Actually now that I reread the messages, I think I assumed that since friends were asking if I got the 20 stars that meant they did. I have asked for clarification!
Yāall I didnāt get my 2,000 stars from an olay offer STILL and I did it on Thursday. I submitted an support ticket and they said they were working on it but Iām so impatient š Iāve never had them take this long to reward me the stars. Have you guys had this happen to you?Ā
It happened to me. It took a little longer than usual, but they did reward them. As long as you sent them pics of your email proof of purchase, you should be ok.. i have two more that didn't come immediately yesterday... Im going to request those today (after the 12 hour waiting period)

Since itās now the season of giving, I would like to gift Glu with a calendar. Idk how they miss so many opportunities with dates. So many fashion goals and weekend event clothes not organised to fit in with SYS themes, instead adding them a week or month later. And sending out the newsletter showing new SYS themes would have increased kstar buying and spending during Black Friday. For a company so fixated on getting revenue and nothing else, theyāre missing out. I wouldnāt be surprised if they released festive Christmas things in January lol. Here you go Glu: Ā

I don't want to be excited about this game anymore, especially during christmas. BUT I just got this dress from my sys box (I totally forgot to open it earlier), and I couldn't wish for a better prize. Obviously people are spending a crapton in this game. No wonder we have SYS every day now. That is an insane year over year amount compared to their other 2 games that had increases. And that's just the three months from July through September. I wonder how much of it is because people are at home more. Will the trend continue once we have vaccines?Ā

I think it could definitely be Covid related. I think this data aligns with the addition of the weekday and weekend SYS feature also? Iām honestly not surprised that itās increased their revenue so much- weāve seen time and time again that the same people on here who complain the most about the game often spend a shitload of money on tickets. Iām not making this comment to shame anyone but if you really wanna see a change in the game, maybe consider not giving glu what they want? I actually havenāt bought tickets in a very very long time, literally months, due to SYS changes because I donāt want these purchases to influence their data. I would reeeeally encourage people to do the same if they want to see a change.Ā
Edit to say just reread and can see this is not quarter to quarter, itās a yearly comparison of the same quarter lol. Regardless, I still think the increase is due to ticket sales.Ā
