I got banned from the game for doing tapjoy offers (no vpn used) because they think I used a cheat even though I showed them receipts. Can anyone think of what I can do? I already messaged kalinda but she hasn’t responded
Wow this is scary, and you showed them your receipts from Olay? I did two Olay orders this weekend, and the second one I had to file a ticket with Tapjoy to get the rewards but they came through last night. Why would Glu ban you for something that should be addressed with Tapjoy?
I showed them my receipts! They said “we found some unusual activities and our cheat detection system has marked you as a cheater and your account has been flagged” and they can’t give me any other information.
I haven’t filed a claim with my credit card or PayPal yet because I’m trying to be patient but like I’ve been doing offers for months and never gotten a ban because of doing an offer. Like I just wanted to open Christmas boxes : (
Honestly we all know that glus cheat detection doesn't even WORK so why not just turn it off so legit players don't accidentally get caught up in it

Their cheat detection needs to be looked at honestly, before more people have their accounts at risk.
