I am honestly so glad I haven’t put money into Glu’s pockets since the first time they added diamonds items to the kloset. At this point they’re not even trying to hide what greedy mfs they are with 3 whole a** diamond collections and a bunch of diamond items in this update, and an SYS system where, let’s be honest, even buying triple threat wouldn’t let you win!!
I seriously believe they’re tired of this game and are sabotaging it so people will stop playing and they can finally let go. I can’t find a better explanation for this, because I don’t believe that they are making more. I didn’t buy a single thing after this new system began and I know for a fact a lot of people didn’t either... the extreme ticket buyers always existed and they’re probably the same people that were extreme TB on the old SYS, it’s just they’re getting all in the same group lol
I’m literally only playing this game cause of fomo, it’s not enjoyable and we are NEVER listened to. What is even the point of making 50 items for ts this update when only 1% will get it and the rest will never have a chance at getting them. I’m so over this.

For the life of me, I cannot understand how Glu doesn’t see that if they made their customers happy then we would spend more money in the game. Squeezing pennies out of customers makes zero sense when we would gladly give our money if we felt appreciated and had fun playing, instead of being pissed off and ignored 🤷🏻♀️

honestly it’s disheartening that this game has such a strong following and definitely has the potential to be the best- but glu doesn’t listen to our feedback at all- what is the point in asking us if they’re not going to change anything? we hardly get any information from them and when we point it out they usually silence people or censor us? I really like this game and want to support it but it’s hard to put money towards a company that keeps screwing its customers over- they treat us badly and their support team is a joke no support anywhere! this update could have been a massive come back- if they just brought back the old sys system- and they can’t say it’s difficult to do when they literally already have the coding for it! we all aren’t stupid and we know that the reason they won’t change it is because they want money- anyways sorry for the long rant but lately the game has just been such a downer for everyone and the negativity is only in the forum because of the glu team! please listen to us for once 🗿
