I'm confused that we got red ruby dye and not the new one as a gift. I like the original shade of red but I've already dyed a lot of things that color and I'm still waiting to have 5 of the new one.
Sorry for sounding stupid, but can someone explain how the Facebook game works? (I only use Twitter for social media). I see a lot of posts asking for Facebook updates so Iâm genuinely curious as to how this game is played through Facebook. Do you have to log in through your Facebook app to get to the game? Canât it be simplified through the App Store? Or is it Facebook games just through computers rather than a phone/tablet?
You can only play it through a computer, and since it's a mobile game, that's the reason we're the last ones to get it BUT there were times where we just got it two days later and we could actually play SYS,but seems like having it one week later has become the norm now đ

Has anyone actually successfully completed a survey? Also, I was supposed to get a star for making my profile and i didnt get it, so basically I'm thinking I won't waste my time with those anymore.

No I havenât! Everytime I chose my location then the page just suddenly faded away and returned to the game. This is really confusing.
@Kween_of_the_Kastle what you donât know is that that answer is not just blue, itâs not turquoise, itâs not lapis, itâs actually cerulean. Youâre also blindly unaware of the fact that in 2002, Oscar de la Renta did a collection of cerulean gowns. And then I think it was Yves St Laurent, wasnât it, who showed cerulean military jackets? And then cerulean quickly showed up in the collections of eight different designers. Then it filtered down through the department stores and then trickled on down into some tragic âcasual cornerâ where you, no doubt, fished it out of some clearance bin. However, that blue represents millions of dollars and countless jobs and so itâs sort of comical how you think that youâve made a choice that exempts you from the fashion industry when, in fact, youâre wearing the sweater that was selected for you by the people in this room. From a pile of âstuffâ.Â

We know that many people don't like the new SYS and we've reviewed tons of comments, including 1-star app store reviews. We consider many factors and it takes time to implement changes in the game. As soon as I have something to announce, I'll post it here!
The thing is, @KalindaKing, that just the SYS is not gonna cut it anymore. This riot was not created by the new SYStem, it is just one of the straws that broke the camel's back. A lot of it isn't even the game changes, but rather GLU's low quality communication with the players. This will not blow over unless they change quite a bit in game.
I won't start a whole thing again, but the Black Friday "criteria" situation is unacceptable. Nowhere do you state that the sale is exclusive, and more than anything else, the way several of the support employees treated the person in question is unbelievable, including them excusing the issue with vastly different explanations. This should not classify as customer support.
There has been a lot of incorrect flagging of games lately, yet hackers are still spotted constantly.
The late newsletter, that I can find no reason for. Nothing in the newsletter is really new, and if it was something like the new red dyes not being finished, that falls on you. If it was that the themes were not yet confirmed, that also falls on you.
The missing gift from last update. If you promise something, you make it happen. If you can't make it happen, you apologize and give people something else to compensate.
The laughing at the meeting still remains a mystery. No one in here finds it funny. You laughed because the user was aware of a monday meeting? You laughed because she asked you to bring things up in the meeting? You laughed because the thought of a meeting is funny?
Now, the SYS. If the goal was to separate the very high level players from the beginner players, you failed horribly. If the goal was to amplify Ticket Buyer fights, then I guess you kind of succeeded, but you also drove away a massive amount of business from the players who may not constantly buy tickets, but do so once in a while. Now they buy nothing from you. You have to have done something with the voting, because right now it screams "rigged". I hate making this argument, because it's an argument without much proof, but something is clearly going on here. Players who usually score around 53 points are getting 38 on their normal serious looks, and 41 on their trolling looks? Either you are placing a random cap on the looks to encourage ticket buying, or votes are not registering correctly.
The Diamond kollections are not a horrible idea in theory, but you have to be able to obtain the currency to spend the currency and at this point, the odds are too poor to get anyone to spend. The point of games is to bring a sense of accomplishment to the players, which means you have to balance the odds carefully, but that is not being done in this game.
I'm glad that you are saying that the team has received the feedback on the SYS, but as you can see by the reviews and the posts on the forum, this will not be enough to keep players from deleting the app. Also, I understand that changing things take time, but I have a very hard time believing that a company like GLU does not back up its old versions of code. Reverting back to the old SYS should be as simple as reverting back to the old code, and plugging in the reward assets the same way as before the new SYStem? All in all, this company needs to take a very long hard look at the customer transparency.

Couldnât have said it better!!! If you are able to punish your paying customers with even taking away their 20 free videos for stars when they give you the profit that you want, how and why would you pay any attention (as GLU doesnt pay attention to ANYONE except profit) to your free players (which also bring profit but in a different way). Before fixing all the small stuff you were able to change an already flawed system with a complete CATASTROPHE!!!Â
So i agree it will take a lot more than just âchangingâ the SYS system now to stop unsatisfied customers, free or paying. Â

@KalindaKing first of all, I appreciate how hard you work. I know youâre tagged in endless comments but I wanted to share some thoughts on minor improvements that would really help me not want to quit and maybe even become a paid user. 1) 20 videos for everyone. This will encourage people who were free players to buy tickets or FG. 2) revert to the old TS system without tiers and reward the players in the tiers with some diamonds based on level so it wasnât all for nothing. And also taking a look at the vote algorithm. 3) One diamond quest per update. 12 diamonds per update would be amazing, and the team has already been making fun storylines so itâs just changing the payout system. #2 is probably the most time consuming with rewarding prizes based on tiers and reverting, but I know it would be a better way to move forward.Â
can glu fix this significant other issue- I swear my husband on the game is constantly just begging to go out- like I donât have the time and it keeps decreasing my amount of fans, can you just make them less clingy đż

Best thing I read all day!! Thank you for taking the time and putting what we've all bee feeling into words!
finally found a survey i was eligible for that wouldâve rewarded almost 20 k stars and then when i was half way through the game crashed and when i reloaded it was gone đ has anyone else has this problem?
most of us have had the update for two days and i thought itâd be funny to summarize it so far. kalinda i love you but i had to𤣠christmas but make it kkh editionâ¤ď¸
i dont know if support works differently, (and i totally forgot that itâs weekend) but shouldnât i receive an answer in my help tab? or does support not work on weekends? iâm really confused when they talk to us and when they donât nowadays
I have to point out something about the surveys: 1) pretty sure there's some sort of illegal discrimination going on. Like I can't get a higher star survey because I'm a certain age, gender, or race? 2) The only way to get through a survey is probably to lie. So companies with these surveys are paying GLU money for false information. I guess glu is fine screwing anyone đ¤ˇââď¸
Itâs pretty similar to focus groups. Theyâre looking for a certain demographic and if you donât fit the companyâs target group then they arenât going to pay you for your opinion. Back in the day I used to do taste tests, mock jurys, and focus groups for some side cash and itâs the same screening process.Â

What I donât get is why they keep this feature in the game if we canât do the surveys? I was never able to do one because I donât fit anything.
idk if someoneâs suggested this already or not but turn these week long run around storylines into diamond quests instead of tons of xp, cash and stars that no one wants. if youâre going to make us do days worth of quests at least give us a good payout lol. thereâs your genius idea to get us to shut up about not having enough diamonds to keep up with your guys incessant diamond collections glu đÂ
