I opened my second game and got the new storyline, but my main game doesn't have it. I didn't get the Chad and Crystal one on there either. Whatever this "special prize" is, I've missed out on two now.

It seems so, something about a doll or something?! It’s now the second storyline players have been excluded from. I didn’t get this one or the previous Chad one so I’m annoyed. They claim to be “inclusive” but alienate half of their players by excluding them
I spun the Kollection, hoping for the bundle, and I GOT IT. I was definitely being risky since I rarely win the items that I want, but I decided to go for it and it all worked out 🤩
Dolls I just played in a kollection and the game froze and I lost my diamonds and did not get any prize and now it’s showing up like you can see in the screenshot (it was my second spin I’ve already won that choker a few days ago)😭😭 I messaged Kalinda but I’m guessing I lost the diamonds and won’t get them back. This sucks.
Edit: Nevermind, I pressed play and I got to spin again without spending more diamonds I was scared of pressing again. And I got the bundle so I am happy yay

If they're going to put it in there, then everyone should get it imo otherwise isn't that kind of like false advertising or something, or am i being dramatic? I'm tired of some players getting features and others being left out when the game is advertising it to everyone..

I ended up getting a Christmas box instead because I've decided SYS is a lost cause. Ended up getting the blush, which looks exactly like the blush I already have. I took pictures and can't tell which is which lol 🤦🏽♀️
I still can't start the "Holiday Hunt" storyline. I go to San Diego and go inside with Miranda Stackard, but once I go in, there is no action since I already did my weekly So Chic appearance. What am I missing?
