I have a majority of the items that I was able to get last christmas and I haven’t picked a SINGLE item so far this year. i’m really nervous I won’t pick all the items I don’t have😢 which is really sad because if I could open a second box for a video it wouldn’t be as hard.
@KalindaKing can you please address why some players do not have this option when a majority do??? it’s extremely unfair. and i’m really disheartened you haven’t addressed this once when people have been asking why this is happening for months now....

I don’t know how I had this much luck but pretty happy with these picks! I don’t have the free video option, so every morning I’m doing my 10 free vids/ surveys to get myself up to 25 k stars so I can open three boxes each day – determined to get the onesie for the slumber party SYS and the breath for the snow bunny one!

Forgot to take a pic but I was too excited not to share my good fortune! My option to watch a video and open a second box magically disappeared the first day the Christmas gift boxes came out but it was back today and I picked the silver boots and then the Christmas present! Yay!!!
I feel like the video option won't appear when my energy is full. Just a theory... but my energy is almost never full but yesterday it was. I didn't have the video option which is rare for me and waiting didn't help. Then I closed my game from tabs, went is and spent some energy. When I clicked on the daily box again the video option was there.
