SYS last ticket not counted in

I am finally getting my first place this week and I was sure I was getting the blush, but my last ticket which I turned in 30mins before the event ended was not counted in. 

This is really disappointing for me because 1. I have not been on top 3 since the new SYS 2. I have seen others submitting tickets last second to get advantage over someone else, but I submitted it in time and way before. Why??

    I was in 3rd place and was bumped down to 5th. I submitted 6 looks hours and even down to the last minute and not a single one got any votes

    @zoeykk Hey, doll. The same happened to me but my votes came in not so long ago. Hopefully you hadn’t collected you prizes yet so you can get yours too!

    Unfortunately I already collected my prizes (I was too looking forward to my 1st place... and indeed when the tickets came in I got first) but I submitted a ticket to glu to report on my condition :(

    @zoeykk Maybe try sending a message to Kalinda as well? Glu support is usually not the best lol

    Yes I noticed that as well!  this SYS my last two looks didn’t get votes. Then I just waited longer then the 20 mins and it eventually got added and the prize changed. Just do not collect it right away but I herd some people get better prizes sometimes that way as well. example the girls who placed before you (temporarily) have an extra prize as long as they did collect it fast. 
    So odd for this to be a thing.

    Yea too bad I thought it was just a glitch for myself so I collected the 3rd prize... I’m just kinda upset cuz I really wanted the highlighter but seems like there is no chance I could get that unless Glu TRY to fix the problem :(

    I hope they can give you the prize and hopefully you do have the screen shot. If you tell them you were first but the prize isn’t in your closet they can add it once they check everything. Good luck

    I was told not to message kalinda and support at the same time, but apparently this is happening to a few dolls. :( hopefully it gets fixed soon. Support is refusing to give me the highlighter/blush because they already gave out the rest of the gifts. It’s very frustrating.

    thanks Aries, I contacted the in-game help too, and they were faster than making a separate ticket with emailing.

    Omg same thing happened to me in the casino night. I submitted my last 2 looks before the end of event and it wasnt counted until after i collected the reqard for 10th place then it added the total for my 2 looks and i came 4th but i didnt win any of the 4th rewards. I got reward for the position i was in before they counted my 2 looks. Let me knw if they did anything about yours pls

    I contacted in game support from the help section and they gave me the actual prizes... I wonder how come they did not help you with that? Do contact in game support or create a ticket with customer support !

    Customer support isn't helping me at all. Tbh, they're acting completely stupid. They told me I won 5th place in silver III and said the winnings were 2 kstars, 5 energy, and a bronze purse! That wasn't the winnings at all. 5th should have got the necklace, money handheld, 1 gold dye, 10 kstars, and 15 energy. So I showed them a ss of the winnings for 5th and they sent the same message again. 

    This game is frustrating af. On top of that, the game took one of my extra tickets. I messaged Kalinda, so hopefully she will help me with both issues. @KalindaKing is amazing with helping most players. Anytime I have an issue and customer support doesn't do their job, I turn to the Glu Goddess. 🥺

    Yeah Kalinda is really amazing, i only ask Support when I lose dyes after opening a dye box, that’s the main reason I contact them but when it comes to other game issues, Let’s say tickets I turn to Kalinda no matter what cause I always get the same old excuses from support about how it’s my internet issue, and they don’t even give me my stuff back, so I don’t wanna waste time.

    totally agree. I feel like Kalinda knows the game way better than many of the customer support peeps.

    I have an issue that I don’t know if the glu support will be able to help me with. In a previous SYS event, I was missing one vote to win the last prize (which was a pink hair with bangs) and I had submitted a look but it seems the votes never got counted for it and I never got the hair. I was hesitant to ask for help since this was for a past SYS event and I don’t have pictures of this; this has happened to me before where I didn’t get the prizes for another SYS (Elsa themed) but since I had the picture evidence they were very quick and able to help me but this time I don’t have pics. I was hoping to see if there was ANY WAY that this could be looked into on the system so that I am able to get that prize. It’s my IRL hair and it just kinda breaks my heart every time I see it on someone else since I know I was just one away and I submitted a look but it just seems like they never counted the votes on it. Please help me out @KalindaKing you’re my last hope! 💔

    Thank the heavens that @KalindaKing is looking into this. I reached out to glu support but their response was very generic and I feel like they didn’t even take a look into it 😔 So far she’s the one that always is attentive and willing to assist so it’s much appreciated ✨
