I paid 12 diamonds for a Kollection but didn’t get a reward?

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help! I recently used 12 diamonds to play for a Party Girl Couture Kollection and didn’t get a reward? No lip colour, no dyes, no nothing!

    You Can contact Support c. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access options. Then tap help, then tap Glu Support. Explain what happened.  Good luck, and I’m sorry this happened. 
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!

    This literally just happened to me.  I have sent in a ticket, but was just going on here to see if anyone else had the same problem.  Not happy.  Tickets are hard to come by.
