Not getting my rewards theoremreach

Hi! 

Im doing the surveys for theoremreach but I never get my rewards anymore. Its so frustrating. Anyone know how to fix it? I already contacted GLU and them. But all they said was log in and out, but I dont even have an account with them, I always come straight to this site:

    Odd. All I can say is that I do the surveys and they pay out. Maybe you need to clear out the cache of your browser or something like that?
