I just feel like we need to be really clear about expected standards of behaviour for forum members and moderators, and what happens when these standards are breached, rather than the current approach of banning without an explanation with the additional threat of more bannings if anyone asks questions about it
the lack of transparency in EVERY SINGLE aspect both relating to the game and on a Ā personal level is just reaching a level of insanity on this forum. I love how @kokokokonut & @KalindaKing canāt provide a single reasoning for why jackie got banned. glad to know that racism is okay on the forum but defending yourself against it isnt. whatās next? is anyone who provides any opinion that glu doesnt like going to get banned?

I think this forum and itās shitty āmoderations and rulesā have gotten to be absolutely ridiculous. The amount of disrespect that we have came across on this forum and nothing was done about it. Nothing was ever done about some of the racist comments made by some of these members. Nothing was done about John and his trolling till today. How can you ban someone THEN UPDATE THE RULES? Itās **** awful. Yāall patrol the wrong shit here, like talking about different video games or, oh, like someone rightfully defending themselves. So many people on here get away will absolutely anything, but you go ban a member who stood up for the right things here. You didnāt remove users who made racial and sexist comments till today. Itās just so sickening and Glu has some lousy ass rules. Yāall can ban me, I donāt give a damn anymore. But itās absolutely ridiculous and clearly obvious as to why the forum is falling apart. So lemme get this clear, after letting obvious racist people and trolls get away with saying terrible things to provoke and insult people, the troll known for causing constant nuisance was banned ALONG with a nice forum doll (irony: y'all were lenient with the troll by giving him SEVERAL chances) just because she defended herself?Ā
Why is the only response after major outrage that "the rules will be updated"? as usual none of the questions we are asking have been answered, even if jackie was banned because the rules were "unclear" just bc she defended herself, why wasn't she given warnings/chances like how you did with actual trolls? How is this justified? These are the questions I want answers toĀ
