My SYS gifts weren’t given to me

I won most of the last SYS with the exception of the very last prize (the lime green jacket) and now I opened my game the next day to find the button has disappeared and my prizes weren’t given to me.

    Contact glu through your game they will know what place you got and give you, your prizes

    Hi. Sorry you’re having problems, please send an Ingame ticket to Support. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options then tap Help and then tap Glu Support. Explain the situation and they’ll check it out.  welcome to the forum.
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
