I'm sorry but do you hear yourself? Diamonds haven't replaced kstars? You literally JUST announced opening boxes for 5 diamonds to get items instead of the usual 40/55. Not to mention the increase in kloset items for diamonds and the diamonds collections. I literally have FOUR diamond collections right now. "You can continue buying many things in game with kstars" no really? I haven't noticed, it's becoming hard to see them behind all the diamond items. Please don't treat us like we're dumb and try to patch up the messes Glu create. It's incredibly disrespectful.Ā

@KalindaKing if diamonds have not and will not replace kstars then why these all new things cost diamonds? Diamonds which were introduced so we could buy old clothes from old events. Now we can buy dye boxes with diamonds, diamond collections, new items in the wardrobe cost diamonds and now these diamond gift boxes. Lol.
Playing devils advocate- this month theyāre not adding diamond items to the closet so they made it a gift box. This is a great idea @KalindaKing! Ā The issue is adding dyes because we already have a dye box and TS boxes filled with inconsistent dyes. Please please tell the team to just take out dyes from the new Sys diamond gift boxes and it will go a long way. I know itās gotta be hard being the face of all Glu news, but if you can change this it would help us feel heard. You want a better forum atmosphere, so do I, but we have to have some semblance of feedback.Ā

@KalindaKing We've been giving Glu ideas on how we can earn diamonds on the forum. They should feel free to use those ideas. They're adding too many things that cost diamonds and never adding good ways of earning them.Ā
Glu has so much potential to remain a millionaire company and prefers to remain so, inconsistent and fragile.
There is a real need for the company to hire:
1. An economist to correct the current monetary system of the game.
2. An accountant to verify risk of potential monetary loss and customers.
3. A public relations person able to listen, effectively guide decision makers and know that there is a real need to hear complaints and open an adult dialogue between the player and the company.
Im just gonna pretend the game is like back in 2015 when there was only weekend events to care for,Ā if I get to win anything else besides that, itll be ok, its sad and ridiculous how most new additions to the game are for diomands and we only get to win 6 diamonds weekly lol, but i wont let a game manipulate my emotions
Sorry if I came across rude before but I just got news that will raise my stress level so badly but what I meant is... the game is like a chore and while i do love seeing things perfectly in their place (sadly I'm a perfectionist who just has to clean when she sees something slightly dirty) this isn't the case w the game. Many things don't make sense and correct if I'm wrong (cause I wanna open a business when I'm older) but keeping the customer happy and taking their advice, isn't that the best way to make sure to build some sort of trust between customers? Giving 2 new inclusive hairstyles isn't gonna erase the main issues. Some players got some storylines while others (like me)didn't and the list could go on and on

i agree with all of these!! and i have a quick question on updates. i started playing maybe 2 days or so before the christmas update & then with the january one didn't know what to expect. when we get new items added to the kloset, are items also taken away?
Whatever is added to the kloset stays there, it doesn't go away. Apparently the Valentine boxes will be like the Christmas boxes.Ā
I do recommend saving your kstars for Kimiversary (spelling?) in June and then Black Friday in November. Those are the two biggest event where kloset items are half off and other items are in our kloset temporarily to buy for kstars instead of diamonds. Also, if you make a purchase in the game then your free kstar videos will be cut in half. Many players don't know about that until it's too late.Ā

Honestly I quite like the Showstopping Style Box idea, it just sucks thatĀ everything is diamonds now. You need like 100 diamonds per Kollection, then an average of 20 diamonds to get specific items out of the VB and the kloset is filledĀ with diamond items that are so expensive too. It's too much from all sides. Properties, exchange, offers,Ā whatever -Ā I understand SYS rewards going to SYS things, but diamonds have taken the game over outside theĀ weekend events. They are a part of the gameĀ with that, so they should also qualify as level and quest rewards among other things. Glu should really reconsiderĀ what the average player takes out of this system.

I like the idea of previous prizes in the box for 5 diamonds (which i donāt think is a bad price) but i donāt think these boxes should include dyes and even tickets are a bit of a push š„“ I personally think the only things that should cost diamonds are sys gift boxes and previous event items (which is what i thought it would be when diamonds were introduced) - not anything else like kollections and kloset items!
