@KalindaKing Even if they cost 5 diamonds to get past clothes or tickets itâs still a gamble cause weâre spending 5 diamonds for 12 dyes when we could spend 1 diamond for 10 dyes. This wasnât a good idea, please just remove them.
But still 5 diamonds and so many chances to win 12 dye?? Nope. Doesnât make sense. I would possibly use it to try and get tickets but look at the palettes everyone is showing...... not worth it. And it doesnât make sense to have dye in the boxes. Take. The. Dye. Out.

If there was a decent amount of clothing in them maaaaybe Iâd buy that. However 90% of the screenshots here have at least 50% dyes in them. There were even screenshots of pallets with zero items and just dyes and tickets. These boxes are a joke.
Glu should worry more about how their decisions affect their players and not the hackers. Hackers aren't potential customers, but regular players are. Most people said the SYS box is a fine idea, even going as far as being okay with a reasonable amount of dye and rare colors at that.Â
The screenshots prove that the initial setup is faulty, too much dye and the algorithm doesn't work as well as it does for regular boxes. This is a box people spend their premium currency on, one that can't be properly earned yet. You want to limit it to 5 SYS outfits, fine, but people get like 10s of cheap dyes that they can't even exchange anymore. And 12 dyes really isn't enough to make the draw sting less, you can't even dye an outfit to coordinate a look for SYS.

the same old problems we always compaind about tb boxes, weekend gift boxes em sys tb boxes... honestly I don't even know why they bother to pretend they care about our feedback, when their actions clearly shows they don't. I guess this is just another diamond thing for me to boycott

That response doesnât justify it for me. If you must insist on keeping dye, it should be  the dye amount equal to what the dye box was worth.. 1 diamond = 10 dyes so 5 diamonds should = 50 dyes. Also it should be rare dyes not dyes we can get in weekly throwback boxes or SYS earnables. Also, Iâve not cared about new items lately and didnât even realize there were 4 potential items on the new outfit we could get and someone said only one poster out of 60 actually had all 4 items in the palette?? This is a scam.Â
Like thereâs just no way all these Glu developers go through months of planning and discussing new features and donât realize we would be upset about this or at least get pushback from its players about it. Iâve never been a customer of a company that years after years disregards customer feedback and then acts surprised when people get rightfully upset.Â
Weâre not questioning why the box is 5 diamonds we are questioning w h y there is only 12 dyes in the b o x e s okay? If youâre gonna put dyes in the box at least make it worth it.Â
