Help. Cannot Transfer my progress

Hello! I want to transfer the game (from ios to ios) and i follow the instruction , but the game offers to me my old saving from December 2020 (lvl 45), I am cuttently lvl 47, and i dont want to lose the progress. How do i resave the game so i can load the newest progress? I tried everythig but the game just ignores my current progress and wont show it ..
how does it work? please help

    Hi try sending an ingame ticket to Support. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 2 lines to access Options. Then tap Help and then tap Glu Support.  Expla9n the situation and send it in.  Sorry this is happening.  Good luck.
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
