You have the screenshots, the prizes are added automatically ur you don’t puck the em up. But send the screenshots in a ticket to Support. Go to the top,left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options. Then tap Help and then tap Glu Support. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem. The clothes that I send to the sys event disappear when I restart the game (as if I was just entering the event) and the votes that have already been counted do not move. I have 156 votes and in position 23, I just sent another look but still, it will probably continue in this same position or even below, in the last sys event I ended up in the last position because of this problem. What can it be?
