Glu support

I had a problem during this weeks sys and I’ve been going back and forth with support for days. I explain my problem in detail. I’m getting so frustrated because it’s like they don’t read it at all and just give me some generic answer that is nothing like what I’m saying. I’m getting so frustrated that I’m about to just give up.
