Just spun a diamond collection and didn’t receive any items

Hi!
I didn’t know where to post this, since there are no threads addressing this, but I wanted to ask about a certain situation. I just bought a spin for the new diamond collection, Star of the Show Kollection, and I did not receive an item. It processed the diamonds as payment, but the game lagged out and did not give me an item. What should I do?

    Spin again, it doesn't charge twice when that happens

    I got the same situation. I bought 12 diamonds to spin on a KOLLECTION item. The system logs out with an error message saying “losing connection”. When I rebooted my device, log back in the game, my diamonds are gone and didn’t receive anything. I can’t click play without paying another run of 12 diamonds. Do you get your issue resolved? And how? I am trying find solution too.
