Kim is Glitched?

Hi, so every time I enter Maria’s office Kim is there and all she can say if hey, but Maria has nothing to say to me except that I have the option to change my name.. I’m unsure why this is the way it is, but I’m level 17, I also haven’t gotten the quest to have VIP contacts yet so does anyone know what’s going on?

    Do you have undone tasks that might be preventing you from going forward?  If you have no undone tasks, are you getting calls for Storyline gigs?  If you think there is a problem with your game, please open a ticket with Support.  Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3lines to access Options. Then tap Help and then tap Customer Care. Describe your issue, ask about the vips, include a screenshot if you like and submit.  

    Maria never had anything to say on her 0ffice to me except about changing my name, but I don’t recall ever seeing Kim in there.   Good luck, and Welcome to the Forum!
