Is anyone having problems getting on the game? The voting part won't work

Is anyone having issues getting on? My internet is working fine and also my data. The SYS voting part keeps saying Match Fetch Fail when I'm on my Data and my wifi. Even when you try to dye the item it's saying "Please Connect to the internet" is anyone having issues? I have iOS pro Max 11 Level 50 Female @KalindaKing

     I've just written to Glu.  My Androids can't connect,  then it opens, but I cant collect prizes, dye items, or submit looks.,

    Edit: Glu is aware  & working to correct the problem. :)

    Same thing is happening to me too,IOS player also I hope it’s fixed soon

    I can't get in my game, it says can't connect every time I try.
