Are you on iPhone 1@pro max? There was an issue, and you can find an update to v11.11.2 in the App Store. Kalinda posted yesterdsy in the 11,11 update thread.

This is so random, but my kollections refreshed today, and it’s literally so disappointing to have to wait a whole week for new kollections to keep getting the same ones 🙃. I have seen that perfect date kollection at least three or four times in my game since it was released along with so many others that I see every other week in my game 😐. Like it would be nice if we could just choose the kollections we want.
Good news! You can start checking the App Store for a new mini update (11.11.2) and this should resolve the issue for players with the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Please confirm your game works after you get the update and then you can contact in-game customer care for compensation. Only players with that device will get compensation!

Even if you could refresh them for like 10 stars(like konnections) that'd still be better.
My looks 1-12. Struggling with the votes this whole week. Even my 8th looks inspired by beautiful @AnnaKKH_ just got me 39 votes. I'm now 14th in my group. Really hope there are dolls go up so i could get the silver box. I prefer that one rather than a pair of earring eventhough that's mean i'll loose the hair too but if no one push me down to silver box then i'll submit my last ticket
@Madison101 I know what you mean. I’m sure that two of the kollection SYS I’ve got this week I’ve had in the last couple of weeks. I think I’m going to try tracking them and see how regularly they actually rotate through.

I was in 18th the whole time of this SYS and last minute I ended up in 14th place so now I’m stuck in gold 😂 hopefully luck is on my side for the next SYS, kinda happy, I actually wanted the earrings!
