bought outfit, shoes aren’t in my closet

I bought this outfit during the weekly event and i can see everything else but when i go to my shoes they aren’t in any of the categories is this happening to anyone else or should i contact support

    it’s just the shirt, pants, and purse you can buy. i think you have the shoes already, but it’s just glitched out to be shorter
