I finished an offer and the instructions said I should get my reward in the next hour but I didn't get it so I submitted a ticket to tapjoy support and they sent me a survey on their service but no reply on whether I'd be getting the reward or not and now my ticket is "resolved" so I don't know what to do 😞

This happened to me recently! I completed 2 offers 30 k stars each and I got nothing. ☹️

This happened to me twice with tapjoy. I reached out to them through in game support and I received my reward two days later both times. Make sure to keep checking your email.
