I am searching for a squad where all the members are active!

Hi, everyone!

I like the Squad Idea, aside from the fact that there is no way to communicate with your teammates in the game. I was in a squad for several days and from its members - around 12 people, only 9 of us were active and we were not able to take the box award, because of three not serious members! So, I left it and now I am searching for an active squad where everyone enters every day (if possible). I am from the European zone, so I guess the Squad members should be in there...
