I leveled up last night and y'all know how you get kash, your full energy, and one kstar, right? I didn't get the energy. I already had a full bar, so I should have got an additional 39 energy since 39 is my max, totaling 78. So I sent in a ticket and explained it. Every response is them telling me how 39 is my correct energy. π Okay, yes it normally is, but 39 + 39 is 78...I explained it like that, how I would to a child and they still don't understand what I mean. I give up π 39 energy is not worth a headache. They need to screen their workers better. At least make them have a high school diploma.π€¦π»ββοΈ

@BooskiBabii ah then 39 is normal! You only get additional energy when you level up when youβre an a-lister. Idk if I explain it properly, english isnt my first language... I know support isnβt the best, but calling them dumb as a box of rocks while there was nothing wrong is a bit.. wrong, idk?

@KalindaKing when you ask us to use reaction buttons and we use LOL do you record that as a dislike when you report back to the team? Otherwise how do you represent when people arenβt into an event? Just less likes and awesomes?Β
I include it in my reports when something gets a lot of LOLs! However, I get the impression that some LOLs are more about general feedback than directly related to the post. For example, I believe LOLs on SYS gift boxes are about how the gift boxes work and not necessarily the items. And that LOLs for themes are about SYS events overall. Is that correct?

One suggestion I have for Β SYS is that when I click on βget this lookβ, when I return to the voting booth, it goes to the next set of dolls.Β
I would love it if I can go back and vote for the actual look that I clicked on. After all, I loved it enough to see if the item is available for myself and would love to give my vote to the original doll with the cute outfit!
Not a terrible start! Iβm not obsessed with the prizes besides maybe the drink pool so Iβm just gonna relax and not worry too much about what I submit. Good luck everybodyπ
Iβm on the 39 cho cho train π. My votes werenβt even counting. After waiting for the results, I went from zero to 39 in an instant. Itβs that kind of SYS for me. I donβt have much swimsuits so I have to work with what I have but I guess it doesnβt really matter π.Β

@KalindaKing when I LOL your question about how excited we are for the theme itβs because the votes are rigged and that sucks the fun out of everything, rigged votes make sys not exciting. if the votes were real Iβd be excited for every single theme, and Iβd probably spend k-stars and diamonds to buy new items that fit each sys.
