It's clear why this wasn't posted early. Glu knew the response was going to be negative. The decision to put one of the most requested items in a limited time box and then make it for the most elusive currency is literally asking us to gamble.Ā We would have no problem paying for it if it was for stars or even diamonds as long as we knew what we were getting. A lot of people don't have a disposable income to spend on diamond packs. This should have been made available to all players in the kloset. Because it's not we see it clearly for what it is a shady cash grab.

Iāve spent 50 diamonds and all Iāve gotten is the hair, the one piece wing outfit and lots of dye. I could chase forever and no guarantees that Iāll get it the body contouring. Shame on Glu for being so greedy!Ā

I agree with you both. I spend more money on this game in a month than I even spend on my own self outside of my bills, itās sad. I donāt know how I was able to let this game get so much power over me. Something about it is so addictive. Itās almost as bad as a drug habit, there is always something new and flashy for us to buy for our dolls. Itās a never ending cycle of spending and I spend so much time thinking about the game, even having dreams about it. I wouldnāt mind spending if we actually got the items advertised, more times than not though they are filler items. Iām sick of blowing through hundreds of my real money just to get dye, energy, cash or other things I didnāt want. How much money it takes to open a collection is ridiculous, how much money it takes to chase items is ridiculous, how much money it takes to buy things from the closet or other dolls lookbooks is ridiculous. This game has ruined a lot of peopleās mental health, mine including. A good games main objective should be to make the game fun for players, and the money will naturally flow but it seems like Gluās main objective is āhow much can we scam out of this sucker until they finally stop swiping their cardā but the thing is, when you are already in so deep and wasted so much diamonds/kstars trying to open these boxes you just rationalize with yourself āsurly if I buy more diamonds/kstars I will win the prize this time around, there is no way Glu is going to keep playing meā itās a never ending cycle. I get more enjoyment from meeting other dolls in the community and itās the reason I still play to this day, Glu has sucked the fun out of it for me. If anyone from customer service is reading these, please see and understand the desperation of your players wanting things to change. You guys should be happy we are proudly supporting your game and willing to spend so much money on it, instead of taking advantageĀ
