at least the dyes in the silver boxes are the more exclusive dyes that are mostly only available through ts prizes.. gold, twilight, opal, orange.. not a huge consolation, but at least they're not the usuals..

I just won this hair but it didn’t show up in my closet, what should I do? I’m afraid to open the silver TS boxes now
Costumer service told me that they won’t be doing anything about this and that next time when I open a box I need to make sure I have good internet connection, but my internet connection is fine. I find it really strange that costumer service won’t help me after I participated in sys and then won a prize but didn’t get the prize. @KalindaKing is there anything else I can do?
